Production machine for Screw
[Double Header]

1.Flow steel wire by wire dispatching roller
2.Cut Steel wire, hit against stopper, with gross size by Knife
3.Move material toward dice
4.Make shape by pre up setting punch(1st Punch)
5.Make shape by final up setting punch(2nd Punch)
6.Push out final product by Knock pin

[2 Dice 3 Blow]

1.Make shape by pushing material forward in 1st Dice by 1st Dice and 2nd Punch
2.Make shape on same Double header process by 2nd Dice and 2nd.3rd Punch

[6-Stage Parts Former]

1.Flow steel wire by wire dispatching roller
2.Reverse material after shaping on 1st/2nd Dice stage
3.Make pipe shape by 4th Dice and Pin
4.Make Flange shape by 5th Dice
5.Make through hole by 6th Dice and pin

[Rolling machine by Flat dice]

1.Roll material with pushing toward roll dice.
2.Cut material into thread of dice
3.Gradually make shape screw shape
4.Finish to make complete screw shape
